OVERVIEW
A top creative agency specializing in beauty, fragrance and wellness brands is looking for a Midweight Designer to join their creative design team. This role is a mix of artwork and hands-on design, supporting product packaging, brand identity, and digital asset creation for UK and US beauty clients.
The ideal candidate will be someone local who can be onsite hybrid 3–4 days per week to work directly with two senior designers and the account management team in a busy, friendly creative studio environment.
This is ideal for a detail-focused designer with profficient hands-on mac skills, manage their own workload and get stuck in without needing hand-holding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Artwork & Production

Producing upload-ready artwork for packaging, product labels, and brand assets

Creating image files and ensuring technical accuracy

Designing digital banners and online assets (approx. 10%-30% of workload)

Uploading assets to servers and maintaining file organization

Working closely with production and print suppliers
Creative Design

Supporting brand identity projects (logos, icons, visual graphics)

Contributing creatively to packaging and product design

Designing assets for various media (online and offline)

Contributing fresh ideas to fragrance and beauty sector projects
General

Working directly with two senior designers and account managers

Managing own deadlines and working independently

Presenting concepts internally when needed

Keeping projects on schedule in a creative environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential

Experience in a related design role

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Creative artwork skills with understanding of layout and production processes

Experience with packaging design and print-ready file preparation

Knowledge of Figma (digital asset creation)

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage own workload

Must be based within reasonable distance of West London
