About the Opportunity
A leading London creative agency is building a specialist AI creative team from the ground up — and we're sourcing the talent to make it happen.
This isn't a single vacancy. We're actively building a freelance roster across three distinct AI creative profiles to support an ambitious agency that's integrating generative tools into the heart of their creative production.
If you've been quietly levelling up your creative skills with AI — and you have the portfolio to show for it — we want to hear from you.
We're looking for three profiles:
1. AI-Enabled Designers / Generative Image Artists
Creatives using tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and DALL·E layered onto genuine design craft. Comfortable with concepting, ideation and generative image production at a professional level.
2. AI Motion & Video Creatives
Motion designers who have integrated generative video AI into their animation and content production workflows. Comfortable delivering across social, digital and campaign formats.
3. AI Creative Technologists (Design + Code)
Hybrid profiles combining design thinking with development capability. Experience building internal tools, AI automations or integrated creative pipelines.
What we're looking for across all profiles:

1–3 years of hands-on AI experimentation built on top of an established creative career

A strong portfolio demonstrating AI tools used in real production contexts

Self-sufficient and comfortable working in lean, fast-moving teams
