Junior to Mid-Level Designer (Retail / Spatial / 3D)

We are partnering with a prestigious global luxury travel retail company seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Spatial Designer for an initial six-month contract.

This embedded position is based at a split between the clients HQ and the agency HQ, focusing on refining and adapting established retail concepts for international markets. The role emphasises design precision and consistency rather than original concept development.

You will work across branded retail environments, including airports and travel hubs, ensuring design adaptations are accurate and uniform across multiple regions for high-end brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt retail design concepts for diverse global markets
  • Create detailed technical drawings and high-quality visualisations
  • Collaborate within shared brand environments and retail spaces
  • Support the delivery of consistent, premium branded experiences

Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 4+ years’ experience in retail, spatial, or experiential design
  • Proficient in SketchUp (essential) with working knowledge of CAD
  • Experience with Cinema 4D (C4D) for visualisation is advantageous
  • Understanding of technical drawings and rendering techniques
  • Comfortable managing projects across multiple brands and environments
  • Capable of working independently within a small, collaborative team

Position Details

  • Six-month fixed-term contract
  • Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata
  • Hybrid working model: 2 to 3 days onsite in West London
  • Immediate start available
