Our client is a full-service creative event agency based in Surrey and has a great opportunity for Lead Producer.


MUST have experience of working in a live event (in an agency environment) along with full knowledge and experience of content / agenda management

THE ROLE

Job purpose:

  • Ensure deliverables reflect accurately the strategic intent as positioned to and agreed with the client for all projects
  • Ensure the narrative, creative theme, look, feel and messaging agreed throughout are upheld and amplified as effectively and creatively as possible
  • Design the experience across all production deliverables, as well as oversight of all attendee touchpoints across the project
  • Able to design the environment to meet with the creative idea, engagement and communications platform, requiring a good understanding, knowledge and experience of technical and production
  • Capture the imagination of the target audience
  • Create relevant content where required
  • Ensure the supporting production and technical teams deliver a seamless engagement/ show/ event on time
  • Management of client relationships
  • Budget and timeline management for production and related content deliverables across the project
  • Live show producer role, creation of all TRO and briefing documents and managing the full live production deliverables alongside technical production, if required

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Client management

  • Clear understanding of client brand, business strategy and specific project KPls
  • Client presentations to provide credible rationale of agency expression
  • Obtain effective briefs for new business opportunities
  • Analysis in writing pitch and presentation documents
  • Lead content creation discussions with clients, working with them at a strategic level to advise on engagement campaigns, agenda development and content creation

Producer responsibilities

  • Provide creative development of all proposal and pitch content
  • Work with client account teams and other functions to ensure clear understanding of narratives, positioning and impacts on other areas of the business
  • Design, develop and execute engagement campaigns, event agenda planning and session design

- turn ideas into tangible and workable outcomes

  • Design the attendee experience through all touchpoints of the project, alongside other workstream leads
  • Manage content creation projects, including presentation and video formats - ensure message delivery is on point, on time and on brand
  • Update and advise clients (internal and external) via status reports, timelines and clear and regular communication
  • Main client contact for all content, with overall responsibility for presentations, client communications and roll out across event
  • Live show production, including all briefing and onsite documents, management of live show teams
  • Lead project debrief specific to strategic narrative, theme, engagement campaign and production deliverables
  • Keep up to date with current industry trends and up and coming technology and experience solutions

Budget reconciliation and finance management

  • Financial oversight of all engagement-related services, supply and costs on projects
  • Accountable for the project financial success for both gross margin and time effectiveness

Clockify (timesheet system)

  • Input and management of resource allocation to job
  • Input and management of team holidays
  • Input of personal timesheet activity on a weekly basis
  • Approval of team timesheet activity on a weekly basis

General

  • Keen to travel - this role will involve a considerable amount of time working onsite
  • Work collaboratively with board, peers and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects
  • Attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Manage and submit personal expenses and credit card reconciliations within timeframes specified
  • Attend team and company training days as and when required
  • Attend team and company meetings as and when required
