£65,000-£85,000 per year

A fast-growing wellness and sports technology brand is looking for an ambitious and visionary Art/Creative Director to define and lead the brand's visual identity across digital, print, and packaging platforms.

The Role

You'll be the creative force behind a brand that champions innovation, performance, and well-being. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you'll shape the visual narrative of a premium consumer brand in a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute design projects across website, social media, email, and packaging using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Refine and evolve the visual brand identity in alignment with company growth and new product launches
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive creative assets
  • Define UX/UI design strategies and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Champion brand excellence through thoughtful, strategic visual communication

About You

  • 5+ years of experience using Figma in a professional setting
  • At least 2 years working with ecommerce or premium/lifestyle consumer brands
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, and end-to-end campaign work
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept through delivery
  • Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and collaborative tools
  • Confident communicator and effective cross-functional collaborator
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • You have the right to work in the UK
