Brand Design Planner (Producer) – Contract (Hybrid) | Luxury Automotive Brand
We’re hiring a Brand Design Planner (Producer) to support the strategic coordination of multidisciplinary creative projects for a globally recognised luxury brand. You’ll turn briefs into clear delivery plans — setting the foundation for design teams to deliver at scale, with consistency and clarity.
This is a hands-on operational planning role, ideal for a producer or design-savvy planner who understands how creative projects work from the inside out.
Hybrid contract: 2–3 days onsite in Warwickshire, £30/hour, Inside IR35, running until 31 March 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up operational frameworks for creative projects from initial brief to handoff
- Translate creative requests into actionable plans with clear deliverables and review stages
- Work cross-functionally with design, programme management, and operations
- Support capacity planning and team scheduling across live projects
- Identify risks early and keep projects aligned with time, scope, and resourcing
- Help ensure creative teams are equipped for delivery without bottlenecks
Essential skills (CVs must include all of the following):
- Strong understanding of the creative/design process through to delivery
- Experience strategically planning and supporting multidisciplinary projects
- Producer or planner background in both agency and corporate environments
- Confidence translating creative strategy into structured delivery actions
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-team communication
- Comfortable working across time zones, teams, and global cultures
- Proficiency in Wrike, Workfront, or Microsoft Project
- Ability to support multiple projects in fast-paced environments
This role is open to planners, producers, and project-focused creatives at all levels, provided your CV shows a clear track record delivering design-led projects in structured environments. It’s a great fit for those looking to stabilise their career through a long contract, bridge between roles, or deepen their exposure to premium brands and creative strategy.
